Reducing Clinical Trial Activation Timelines at Mayo Clinic
Clinical trial activation takes 16 to 30 weeks and runs through 10+ disconnected systems. I led research and design for an AI-powered intake platform to eliminate duplicate entry and give coordinators a single place to work. Vision validated by physician leadership as transformational resulting in a 12-month build commitment.
90 NPS Across 3,000 Clinicians: Verana Health
Inherited a compliance product with no user research and no direct user access. Worked from proxy data to earn trust, then ran real sessions to redesign the dashboard and submission flow. Launched to 90 NPS. Used as a flagship proof point for Verana's platform quality.
Shipped 3 Months Early at Full Scope: SPARC, Mayo Clinic
Research pharmacy coordination platform with zero prior infrastructure. I ran the research, owned the design, and held the line on decisions the engineering team initially questioned. UAT proved the point. Shipped ahead of schedule. 92.4 SUS. 34 of 34 pharmacists adopted.

Pharmaceutical reps need real-time market intelligence customized to their region and therapy area. Designed dashbaord that generates over $1M per client and give sales teams data advantage they didn’t have before.

9 million monthly users needed affordable medication options at the point of prescribing, without leaving their workflow. Designed the integration that saves patients ~$1.5M monthly and generates $100K in annual revenue.
