Diana (Glozman) Gordon
Senior product designer and researcher. I design agentic AI clinical trial software so new treatments reach patients faster.
Eight years designing across the clinical trial lifecycle, from pre-activation through activation, trial recruitment, execution, and post-study research.
At Mayo Clinic, I lead design for four initiatives in clinical research. The flagship is an agentic AI trial activation platform that replaces manual re-entry across 10+ systems, grounded in 30+ interviews across three Mayo sites, with senior physician leadership calling the work transformational. I also shipped a clinical trial pharmacy platform three months ahead of schedule with a 92.4 SUS score and full adoption by hospital pharmacists. I turned a two-year stalled study tracking application into a launched product in three months by reframing it from systems-first to user-centered. And I'm currently designing a research data consolidation app that helps principal investigators work with complete, shareable datasets after a study closes.
Before Mayo, at Verana Health, I led the redesign and expansion of a clinical trial recruitment platform, conducting onsite usability research with study teams to ground the work in how recruitment actually happens. I also led design for a Medicare quality reporting platform that hit 90 NPS at launch.
At Modernizing Medicine, I contributed research and design critique to award-winning EHR products recognized for Best Healthcare App and Best UI/UX.
Clinical trials are slow, fragmented, and high-stakes. I'm good at making them less so.
